About the role
- Independent planning and scheduling of our worldwide transport orders (land, air, and sea freight, as well as parcels)
- Communication with logistics partners, authorities, and internal departments
- Preparation of shipping and customs documents, as well as preferential calculations
- Completion of Intrastat declarations and invoice verification
- Documentation in SAP and MS Office
- Management of pool vehicles
About you
- Professional experience in customs and export processing
- Enjoyment of teamwork
- Customer focus, independence, and strong self-organization skills
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office and ideally SAP)

We determine the salary / wage together with you. The minimum for this position is 3.001,51 EUR gross per month, working full time. (Collective Agreement: Metalltechnische Industrie)
