About the role

As a Sales Assistant, you'll be right in the thick of things and contribute to making every visit unforgettable.
- You'll be the organizational backbone for the Sales Director and the international sales team – keeping track of everything, thinking proactively, and acting strategically.
- You'll plan meetings and client appointments and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- You'll organize visits from international guests – from the schedule and appropriate documentation to memorable experiences.
- You'll work closely with the marketing team, for example, on presentations, event materials, and customer engagement.
- You'll assist with the planning and organization of international trade fairs and, occasionally, but when necessary, be present on-site.
- When our sales managers travel, you make sure everything runs smoothly – from booking to expense reporting.
- You maintain our customer data in the CRM system and prepare statistics, analyses, and documents in a clear and concise manner.
About you
- You have several years of professional experience as a back-office assistant, ideally in a sales-related role.
- You enjoy working with people, have a service-oriented mindset, and possess a keen sensitivity to different cultures.
- You are independent, reliable, and enjoy organizing.
- You are proficient in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus.
- Your English is excellent; any additional language skills are an advantage.
- And if a multi-day event abroad is on the agenda, you'd be happy to join us.

We determine the salary / wage together with you. The minimum for this position is 3.519,91 EUR gross per month, working full time. (Collective Agreement: Metalltechnische Industrie)
