Sales Assistant (f/m/x)

About the role

With a full order book, international clients, and Styrian hospitality, we ensure that technology and hospitality go hand in hand.
As a Sales Assistant, you'll be right in the thick of things and contribute to making every visit unforgettable.

• You'll be the organizational backbone for the Sales Director and the international sales team – keeping track of everything, thinking proactively, and acting strategically. 
• You'll plan meetings and client appointments and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• You'll organize visits from international guests – from the schedule and appropriate documentation to memorable experiences.
• You'll work closely with the marketing team, for example, on presentations, event materials, and customer engagement.
• You'll assist with the planning and organization of international trade fairs and, occasionally, but when necessary, be present on-site.
• When our sales managers travel, you make sure everything runs smoothly – from booking to expense reporting. 
• You maintain our customer data in the CRM system and prepare statistics, analyses, and documents in a clear and concise manner.

About you

• You have several years of professional experience as a back-office assistant, ideally in a sales-related role.
• You enjoy working with people, have a service-oriented mindset, and possess a keen sensitivity to different cultures.
• You are independent, reliable, and enjoy organizing.
• You are proficient in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus.
• Your English is excellent; any additional language skills are an advantage.
• And if a multi-day event abroad is on the agenda, you'd be happy to join us.

We determine the salary / wage together with you. The minimum for this position is 3.519,91 EUR gross per month, working full time. (Collective Agreement: Metalltechnische Industrie)
