- Developing & implementing smart purchasing strategies to optimize procurement costs and processes
- Global management of suppliers and product groups for Austria, Finland, and Romania across all three business divisions
- Building & maintaining long-term relationships with strategic suppliers
- Responsibility for the procurement process for catalog parts—from tenders to contract conclusion
- Market analysis, KPI reporting & risk management, including deriving recommendations for action
- Close collaboration with internal departments, such as Quality, Receiving, Work Planning, Scheduling, Logistics, and Engineering
About you
- Eine abgeschlossene, technische, kaufmännische oder wirtschaftliche Ausbildung
- Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf, idealerweise im internationalen (Sonder-)Maschinenbau
- Ausgezeichnete Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere Excel) und SAP (oder einem anderen ERP-System)
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Reisebereitschaft im geringen Ausmaß (einzelne Tage)

This position offers a salary that exceeds the minimum wage set by the collective bargaining agreement. Your actual salary will be based on your professional experience,qualifications, and the value you bring to our team. The legally required minimum wage under the collective bargaining agreement for the metalworking industry is €3,519.91 gross per month on a full-time basis.
